What I Do
I coach clients as they navigate complex decisions about where and how they work. Some of us love to dwell in the land of deliberation. We think, we ponder, we weigh. And sometimes we stay there, hesitant to make a decision (which is a decision, even when it doesn’t feel like it). Some of us are stuck in a state of reaction – to our managers (or their managers), teams, direct reports, colleagues, and selves. We don’t always pause and reflect because our workplaces often prioritize action.
Through honest, caring, pragmatic conversations I provide space for clients to discuss their vision, values, and context so they can move forward confidently and decisively. Through our work together my clients identify and assess their options, determine a meaningful and intentional way forward, and stay accountable to themselves in their journeys.

This service is for those navigating a current or future career transition, including working to move up in their current organization, deciding whether to stay in their role, or seeking a change to a new organization. Clients selecting this service meet with me eight times over three to four months.
Depending on your needs, we will:
- Explore your priorities, values, and goals
- Co-create a tailored action plan for you
- Update your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile
- Prepare you for interviews, networking conversations, and offer negotiations
- Assess offers and potential transitions in the context of your goals, values, and needs.

This service is for team and organizational leaders who want to clarify their vision, decide their strategy, and take the next step in service of their goals. Leadership takes many forms and often includes those leading without a job title that reflects the full scope of their responsibilities. Clients selecting this service typically start with twelve sessions over six months. Depending on your needs, we will:
- Explore your current approach to leading your team
- Identify areas where you want to develop your leadership style and related skills
- Discuss challenges and opportunities
- Co-create a plan of action
